After the success of 2016, The Big Freeze is growing significantly with a new home under the Big Top at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre. Being only a stone’s throw from the Monash Freeway, this central location makes the festival accessible for even more Melbourne families.
This year the festival will also be divided into two areas – the ticketed winter precinct featuring snow play, snowball toss, snowfall forest, winter village, snow globe photo booth, polar bear slide, kids’ active challenge, circus skills workshop, construction play, art’n’craft activities and our brand new snow slides (at two different heights to allow more children to enjoy the thrill of the ride).
The Community Precinct will be free for the general public to visit and hosts daily stage shows, activity zone with Phillip Island Nature Parks, sports with Milo, food vendors and more.
Running for 9 days from July 1-9, tickets are on sale now at www.thebigfreezefestival.com.au. Great discounts apply for larger bookings, so organise your mother’s group or school friends to all attend together and enjoy the savings.
